The Montana Housing market continues to remain stable through 2018. While some economic indicators for Montana trail that of National trends, low unemployment and an above average increase in non-farm job growth should signal continued stability throughout the 2018 selling season. In Ravalli County, houses under $400,000 continue to sell relatively quickly, with more expensive properties remaining on the market for 6 months or more. The Gardner Report, produced by Windermere, is a great example of market research in Montana.
